  Hi all.
Last weekend I was in Kinsale for the Optimist Christmas regatta.
On saturday there was rain and strong winds but sunday brought
beautifull conditions for the near 30 boat fleet.
I also got a chance to catch one of the last cruiser races of the season
they also had a great turnout with twenty boats coming out to sail.

  Hi all.
Now uploaded are the final days racing images from the RCYC.
After a short wait for the wind to decrease, both fleets raced together in the harbour
on saturday afternoon, in a bright but sometimes hazy sky. Click the "PICASA" header above or HERE to

 Hi all
Don't forget to view our NEW pricing section above (in the main header)
Images of the optimist end of season event held in Killaloe (Lough Derg).
Are now up in the "PICASA" section of this web site.
Over 50 sailors took part in three days of training and two of racing,
to finish their racing season off with wonderfull bright skys

For a bit of fun this winter, after all our sailing is done.....
Check out this game many of us did from Ireland 4 years ago, with success !!!!.
The "volvo ocean race" begins in 6 days time and there is a great
online game for you all to join in to . www.volvooceanracegame.org
I have entered as "mainsheetimages" and they are about to set up a
group section !!!!!.so come and join it and our group (mainsheetimages) when it is set up on their !!! web site.
For each leg there is a web prize... but for our group we will have our own prizes!!!
From me an 18x12 print for winner each leg. And maybe more !! sponsors needed...!!!!!!!.
Last time around the world we had 39 boats in our group ...A good bit of fun for your
